GTO Genesis is operated by the team responsible for developing and maintaining the service. In this Privacy Policy, “GTO Genesis,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the GTO Genesis website, application, and related services.

Account and authentication information, such as your name, email address, login provider details, account identifiers, profile information, subscription status, and entitlement information.

Product and study information, such as saved analysis, viewed reports, selected game formats, study history, bookmarks, settings, custom configurations, uploaded or submitted analysis inputs, feedback, and support messages.

Billing information, such as plan selection, subscription status, billing identifiers, invoices, and payment events. Full payment card numbers are processed by our payment processor and are not stored by us.

Technical and usage information, such as pages visited, features used, device and browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from technical data, cookies or local storage identifiers, logs, error reports, and security events.

We use information to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve GTO Genesis. This includes authentication, account access, solver library access, reports, billing, support, usage measurement, abuse prevention, security monitoring, troubleshooting, and product development.

We may use contact information to send service-related communications, including account notices, billing notices, security alerts, product updates, support responses, and other messages related to your use of the service.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand how the service is used, improve product quality, prioritize features, and troubleshoot performance or reliability issues.

Our current service stack includes Supabase for authentication and database services, Google OAuth for Google sign-in, and Stripe for billing and payment processing.

Your information may be processed in Canada, the United States, and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Privacy and data protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live.
