These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of GTO Genesis, including our website, applications, solver library tools, reports, and related services.

These Terms are effective as of June 4, 2026. GTO Genesis is operated by the team responsible for developing and maintaining the service. In these Terms, "GTO Genesis," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the GTO Genesis website, application, and related services.
By accessing or using GTO Genesis, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service.
You are responsible for complying with all laws, platform rules, poker site rules, and third-party terms that apply to you and to your use of the service.
GTO Genesis provides poker strategy analysis, solver library access, reports, and related study tools. The service is designed for personal study, training, research, and permitted internal analysis.
GTO Genesis is not gambling software, a gambling operator, or a service for placing bets. Solver outputs, reports, and poker strategy information are provided for informational and study purposes only.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement and are not prohibited from using it under applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not share, sell, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise provide unauthorized access to your account. Each account is for the registered user unless we expressly allow another arrangement.
Some features may be offered as free, beta, trial, promotional, early-access, or paid subscription features. Prices, plans, features, access levels, and billing periods may change over time.
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe and may renew automatically until cancelled. Where automatic renewal applies, you authorize recurring charges for the selected plan and billing period.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal but does not refund past charges except where required by applicable law or expressly stated by us.
Payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment disputes may be handled by Stripe and may be subject to Stripe's terms and policies.
Free trials, beta access, promotional access, and early-access features may be incomplete, changed, rate-limited, removed, inaccurate, or discontinued at any time.
We may limit eligibility, duration, feature access, or usage for trials, beta features, promotional access, and early-access features.
You may use the service for personal study, training, research, and permitted internal analysis. You may not use the service to violate laws, poker site rules, platform rules, third-party rights, or these Terms.
You may not share, resell, sublicense, publish, redistribute, scrape, bulk export, clone, or copy the solver library, reports, datasets, outputs, interfaces, or underlying organization of the service except as expressly allowed by the product or by us in writing.
You may not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass access controls, reverse engineer non-public systems, upload malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or use automated systems to degrade or misuse the service.
You may not use bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated systems to extract large parts of the library, bypass limits, create excessive load, or access the service in a way that is not reasonably consistent with normal product use.
We may enforce reasonable usage limits, rate limits, download limits, storage limits, or access limits, even if not all limits are displayed in the user interface.
We may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate activity that appears abusive, automated, excessive, fraudulent, insecure, or harmful to GTO Genesis, other users, or our service providers.
We own GTO Genesis, including the software, branding, user interface, databases, report formats, data organization, solver library, hosted solution materials, documentation, and related materials, except for content owned by others.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for the permitted purposes described in these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, publicly display, or create competing services from GTO Genesis materials except as expressly permitted by us.
You may submit or create content through the service, such as feedback, custom configurations, saved study spots, uploaded analysis inputs, bookmarks, settings, and support messages.
You retain any rights you have in your submitted content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transmit, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, support, improve, and provide the service.
If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation to compensate you.
Solver outputs, reports, and poker strategy information are provided for informational and study purposes only. They are not financial, gambling, legal, or other professional advice.
We do not guarantee that any output, report, strategy, range, frequency, EV estimate, or analysis is accurate, complete, current, profitable, or suitable for a particular use.
Poker outcomes depend on many factors, including game conditions, opponent behavior, rules, rake, variance, execution, and platform policies. We do not guarantee profit, winnings, performance, or real-world results.
The service is evolving and may change over time. We may add, modify, rate-limit, suspend, remove, or discontinue features, plans, reports, datasets, interfaces, or parts of the service.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect uptime, or that any particular feature, report, dataset, or access level will remain available permanently.
The service relies on third-party providers for functions such as authentication, database services, hosting, infrastructure, storage, and payment processing. Our current service stack includes Supabase for authentication and database services, Google OAuth for Google sign-in, and Stripe for billing and payment processing. Your use of integrated third-party services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay amounts due, abuse usage limits, or if continued access would be unlawful or harmful.
You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not automatically cancel payment obligations already incurred or refund past charges unless required by applicable law or expressly stated by us.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTO Genesis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, service interruption, or business interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the service will be limited to the amounts you paid to us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or CAD $100 if you did not pay us during that period.
You agree to reasonably defend and indemnify GTO Genesis from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your submitted content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
We will give you reasonable notice of covered claims where practical and will not require indemnification to the extent a claim is caused by our own unlawful conduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Ontario, Canada will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes related to these Terms or the service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
